YWCA of San Diego

Since 1907, the YWCA of San Diego County has worked to improve our
community by increasing the status of women, girls and families, and
advancing racial justice.
Often ahead of its time and with
remarkable vision, the YWCA has tackled such problems as
homelessness, domestic violence, child care needs, poverty, fair
housing and civil rights.
Their programs and services continue to be guided by a common
vision: peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all people. We
invite you to join the YWCA of San Diego County in our mission to
advance women and families.

The YWCA San Diego is proud to host several community participation
events throughout the year. This is a major source of the YWCA’s
annual funding as well as an opportunity to bring awareness to
issues at the root of helping women and their families to become
strong, productive and healthy members of our community.

With the
help and support of Lennar Charitable Housing Foundation, YWCA will
have the ability to help even more women and their families.
